本アプリ『IPOスケジュール』（パッケージ名: net.chibilab.ipocal）は、Google Play におけるデベロッパー名「eencaorpil」／組織名「CHIBILAB」により提供されています。

5. IPO の日程データの取得 / Retrieval of IPO Schedule Data

本アプリは、金融庁の EDINET に提出された書類をもとに当方が作成した新規上場（IPO）の日程と価格の情報を、当方のサーバー（90ch.net）から取得して表示します。Android では、通知の予定を最新にするため、アプリを開いていない間もおよそ1時間おきに取得します。この取得でお客様から送る情報はありませんが、一般的なウェブへのアクセスと同じく、サーバーのアクセス記録に接続元の情報が残ります。取得したデータと、お気に入りに登録した銘柄・設定は、端末の中にだけ保存します。表示される情報は情報提供のみを目的としたものであり、投資勧誘や投資助言ではありません。
This app retrieves IPO schedules and pricing information, which we compile from documents filed with EDINET (Financial Services Agency of Japan), from our server (90ch.net) and displays it. On Android, the app also retrieves this data about every hour while it is not open, to keep scheduled notifications up to date. No information about you is sent in these requests, but, as with any web access, the server's access log records connection information. The retrieved data, your favorites, and your settings are stored only on your device. The information shown is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or solicitation.

6. 通知 / Notifications

通知は、お使いの端末の中で予約して表示するもの（ローカル通知）です。当方のサーバーから送る通知（プッシュ通知）はありません。通知の条件などの設定は、端末の中にだけ保存されます。
Notifications are scheduled and shown on your device (local notifications). We do not send push notifications from our servers. Your notification settings are stored only on your device.

7. データの安全管理 / Data Security

利用状況の計測のために当方のサーバーに記録するのは、IPアドレスを元に戻せない形に変換した値・日時・アプリの識別子など、個人を特定できない情報に限っています。記録は Web から閲覧できない場所に保存し、見られるのは開発者だけです。これとは別に、サーバー会社の仕組みで、通常のアクセス記録（IPアドレスを含む）が一定期間保存されます。
The records we keep on our servers for usage measurement are limited to information that cannot identify you, such as a value irreversibly derived from your IP address, the date and time, and the app identifier. These records are stored where they cannot be viewed from the web, and only the developer can access them. Separately, the hosting provider's systems keep standard access logs (including IP addresses) for a limited period.

8. データの保存と削除 / Data Retention and Deletion

アプリの中で作られたデータ（設定や学習の記録など）は端末の中に保存され、アプリを削除すると消えます。当方のサーバーの記録は、利用状況の集計のために保存します。個人を特定できない形のため、特定の方の記録を取り出して削除することはできません。広告IDは、端末の設定からリセット・削除できます。Google AdMob が取得する情報の扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Data created in the app (such as settings and study records) is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Records on our servers are kept to measure usage. Because they cannot identify you, we cannot extract and delete records for a specific person. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Information collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's privacy policy.
