本プライバシーポリシーは、CHIBILAB（ちびらぼ・以下「当デベロッパー」）が開発・運営する スマートフォン用アプリケーションにおける情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。
Our Commitment
We handle all information in our applications carefully and strictly, in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines on the protection of personal information. We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information, including managing access to information and protecting against unauthorized access.
当デベロッパーは、すべてのアプリケーションサービスで取り扱う情報について、個人情報の保護に 関する法令・指針を遵守し、慎重かつ厳格に取り扱います。情報へのアクセス管理、外部からの不正アクセスの 防止その他、情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止と安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
Information We Collect
Our applications do not require user registration and do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number. With your consent, the following technical information may be handled:
- OS and OS version
- Device model name
- Application package name
This information is used only for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries about our services
- Identifying and fixing errors when problems occur
当デベロッパーのアプリは会員登録を必要とせず、氏名・住所・電話番号などの個人を特定できる 情報を収集しません。ユーザーが承諾した場合のみ、OS/OSバージョン・機種名・パッケージ名を、 お問い合わせ対応および不具合修正の目的に限って取り扱います。特定された利用目的の達成に必要な 範囲を超えた取り扱いは行いません。
Advertising
Our applications are provided free of charge and are supported by advertising revenue. Advertisements are delivered by third-party advertising networks. Where permitted by the user, the advertising identifier of the device may be used solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements. We do not link advertising identifiers to personally identifiable information or to persistent device identifiers, and we do not collect advertising identifiers ourselves.

当デベロッパーのアプリは広告収入により無料で提供しています。広告は第三者の広告配信 ネットワークにより配信されます。ユーザーの許可がある場合に限り、広告表示のために端末の広告IDを 使用しますが、広告表示以外の目的では使用せず、個人を特定できる情報や永続的なデバイスIDと 関連付けることはありません。当デベロッパーが広告IDを収集することもありません。広告配信に ご同意のうえご利用ください。配信が不要な場合は、アプリをアンインストールしてください。
App Permissions
Depending on the application, the following permissions may be requested:
- Internet access / network state — used to fetch content and display in-app advertisements
- Storage access — used only to temporarily save downloaded images; no other files are accessed
アプリによっては、記事等の取得や広告表示のためのインターネットアクセス／ネットワーク状態の 取得、ダウンロードした画像の一時保存のためのストレージ読み書きの権限を使用します。 それ以外のファイルへアクセスすることはありません。
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide the information we hold to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
- When cooperation with a national or local government agency is required by law, and obtaining the user's consent may impede the performance of such duties
当デベロッパーは、保有する情報について、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために 必要な場合等を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。
Disclaimer
We operate our services appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and our internal rules. However, we shall not be liable for damages arising from cases where a third party obtained information due to the user's own disclosure, the use of external advertising sites, or other incidents that occur without negligence on our part.
当デベロッパーは法令および規程に基づき適切にサービスを運営しますが、利用者自らが個人情報を 明らかにした場合、広告サイトの利用に起因する場合、その他当デベロッパーに過失なく発生した漏えい等の 事故については、責任を負わないものとします。
